How to install Siemens HEEDS MDO 2019
- Extract the downloaded software
- Run Setup to install the software
- Go to Select Custom> Remove Lisence (can install Vcollab or not)
- Delete the License Server Name part
- Copy the folder “Ver2019.2.1” to C:\HEEDS\MDO
- Copy the folder “VCollab” to C:\Program Files\VCollab (if you choose to install it above then there is)
- Create Enviroments Variables with RCTECH_LICENSE_FILE = Path to file “rctech_SSQ.dat”
- Right-click This PC icon and select Properties> Advanced system settings
- Select Enviroment Variables> System Variables> New and fill in
- Variables Name = RCTECH_LICENSE_FILE
- Variables value = C:\HEEDS\MDO\Ver2019.2.1\rctech_SSQ.dat
- Run the file “SolidSQUADLoaderEnabler.reg” and it is done
