TecnoMETAL 2015 is the steel structure design and inspection software. This program is in the CAD domain and can be used to design and review any type of steel structure. The main purpose of this product is for design engineers, designers and users of SAP2000, Revit and other 3d software. SAP2000 software users often need tools that can easily incorporate steel structure projects into design software. Revit users need tools to incorporate elements of steel structures like stairs, joints, etc. and other 3D software users who want an environment to design and inspect the texture without the need to import / export side files.

This product allows you to design your own 3D models with the help of a toolkit and then evaluate them according to Regulation EC3, AISC, NTC2008 and ABNT NBR. TecnoMETAL STANDARD allows inserting 2D mechanical elements from the mechanical element database.

The sketch (or CAM file) can be displayed on a computer or it can be exported as DXF, PDF, DWG, NC, and DSTV files. A CAM file can be created from a bend profile as a sheet development, welded or laminated, can create a
CAM file from a tube with a cut, and you can also import a CAM file for scaling as a DWG file.
TecnoMETAL also contains some extremely useful commands like sheet metal nesting, creating DXF file from CAM file and vice versa, creating a curved configuration CAM file and dividing welded profiles into plates, searching and inspecting cam files identical, create a family for Revit, export the list of necessary treatments (with division between cuts, holes …), increase or decrease hole diameter directly in the CAM file.
