How to install Ansys Products 2020
- Turn off anti-virus software (Note also turn off Windows Defender)
- Unzip the downloaded file
- Run Setup to install the software
- Choose Skip everything
- Copy the folder “ANSYS Inc” to the “C:\Program Files” drive.
- To use ANSYS Icepak 2020 NETEX-G
- Copy the “v201” and “ARTWORK_SSQ.dat” folders to C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc
- Create Enviroments Variables with ARTWORK_LICENSE_FILE = Path to file “ARTWORK_SSQ.dat”
- Right-click This PC icon and select Properties> Advanced system settings
- Select Enviroment Variables> System Variables> New and fill in
- Variables Name = ARTWORK_LICENSE_FILE
- Variables value = C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\ARTWORK_SSQ.dat
- Run the file “SolidSQUADLoaderEnabler.reg” and it is done
