CSI Perform3D
PERFORM3D software is a powerful tool for seismic analysis. Supports for complex structures, including complex shear walls, can be analyzed nonlinearly using a variety of limit states on foundations subjected to various types of deformations.
Model data can be imported directly from ETABS and SAP2000. Multiple element types are supported, including beams, columns, braces, retaining walls, floors, dampers, and isolators.
Nonlinear analysis (static and/or dynamic) can be run on the same model. Loads can be applied in any sequence, such as an earthquake load followed by a pushover.
PERFORM 3D provides powerful performance based design capabilities, and can calculate demand, capacity (utilization) at scale for all limit components and all limit states. Performance evaluation based on ATC-40, FEMA-356 or ATC-440 is fully automated. See more CSI ETABS

- Modeling
Nonlinear features include a number of nonlinear building components such as frame hinges, shear walls, dampers, braces, and seismic isolators.
Feature Image - Analysis
The Perform3D analysis engine provides tools for performance-based design, including nonlinear pushover and dynamic earthquake analyses. The analysis engine is 64-bit and the product has the ability to run up to 8 analyses in parallel. - Feature Image
Performance Assessment
Perform3D includes a number of tools for measuring the response of model and assessing the behavior of the structure, including strain gage elements and deformation and strength capacity definitions on both elastic and inelastic components. - Feature Image
The limit state feature in Perform3D can be used to aggregate response data into demand-over-capacity ratios for ease of performance assessment. - Feature Image
Import and Export
Perform3D models can be exported from SAP2000 or ETABS and serve as a starting point for your Perform3D model.

How to install
- Turn off anti-virus software (Note also turn off Windows Defender)
- Extract the downloaded software
- Run Setup to install the software
- Install the app choosing option ‘On-prem Standalone’
- Run CSI_Perform_3D_v10_kg.exe
- A license file (lservrc) will be generated.
- Copy both generated above license and applied emulator (SentinelRMSCore.dll) to the folders:<installdir> and <installdir>\CSiLicensing\
- Done
