Aescripts Keystone
Keystone is an After Effects extension that provides intuitive keyframe operations such as copy, align, stretch, and copy and paste.
For example, to duplicate a keyframe, select a group of keyframes, move the current time indicator (CTI), then click the Duplicate button to duplicate the keyframe starting from the CTI. If you want to flip it, just click the Flip button. Similarly, to align keyframes, simply select the keyframes and click the Align button.
To stretch more keyframes, simply select %/Frames/Second, specify a number in the input field and click the Stretch button. By manipulating keyframes with Keystone, such as copying, pasting, and shifting keyframes, you can create After Effects keyframe animations, which tend to be complex, intuitive.
