CSI SAFE is the ultimate tool for designing concrete floor and foundation systems. From frame layout to detailed drawing production, CSI SAFE integrates every aspect of the engineering design process in an easy and intuitive environment. CSI SAFE provides a single user interface to perform modeling, analysis, design and reporting. A new model explorer is available for quick access to objects, properties, and forms.
CSI SAFE is ideal for modeling foundations, bases and footings. Easily model soil support and tension-free soil models with uplift analysis. The area allocation of the soil supports is based on the sub-layer module and they automatically adjust whenever the mesh changes. Basemat foundation models can include pedestals, walls, columns, beams and piles in addition to the foundation area.
The design range is used to determine how to calculate reinforcement requirements. CSI SAFE can automatically identify the bands for you, or you can define them yourself. CSI SAFE includes the ability to determine prestressing stresses in slabs, in the form of distributed strips or ribs. An interactive tendon editor simplifies the task of arranging tendon profiles. Features of CSI SAFE
- Added evaluation of serviceability of steel frame floor systems subject to walking vibration in accordance with AISC Design Guide 11, Chapter 7.
- An improvement was made to display the effects of joint offset assignments for slabs (when displayed in an extruded view). Joint offsets can be assigned using the Assign > Shell > Insertion Point command. The cardinal point effect was previously included in extruded views, but not in additional joint offsets.
- Conversion of curved concrete beams to facing slabs is now available. Until now only straight beams could be converted.
- Added composite beam design according to AISC 360-22 design code.
- New frame section libraries have been added conforming to AISC Shapes Database v16.0.
- The SAFE API has been updated to support .NET 8.

How to install CSI SAFE
- Turn off anti-virus software (Note also turn off Windows Defender)
- Extract the downloaded software
- Run Setup to install the software
- Install the app choosing option ‘On-prem Standalone’
- Delete created by default .net native image.
- Run as admin <installdir>\CSiNativeImageGen.exe -> F4 -> F4
- Run \patch\csi_safe_v22_kg_lavteam.exe
- A license file (lservrc) will be generated.
- Copy both generated above license and applied emulator (SentinelRMSCore.dll) to the folders:<installdir> and <installdir>\CSiLicensing\
